1. About House Music Galaxy
House Music Galaxy is a professional DJ booking agency representing a carefully curated collective of independent House Music DJs.
Our role is to help clients find the most suitable DJ for their event by recommending artists based on musical style, experience, availability, and event requirements.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.
2. Booking Requests
All booking requests are subject to:
DJ availability
Event suitability
Acceptance by the selected DJ
A booking is considered confirmed only after both parties have agreed to the booking terms and any required deposit has been received.
3. Independent Artists
All DJs represented by House Music Galaxy are independent contractors operating their own businesses.
They are not employees, partners, or agents of House Music Galaxy.
Each DJ independently determines their:
Performance rates
Availability
Performance style
Music selection
Equipment
Business policies
Because every DJ is an independent artist, pricing and services may vary.
4. Booking Process
House Music Galaxy serves as the initial point of contact, helping you find the DJ best suited to your event.
Once you have selected your preferred DJ and your booking has been confirmed, you will communicate directly with your DJ to finalize:
Event timeline
Music preferences
Special requests
Venue logistics
Performance details
This direct communication allows your DJ to personalize every aspect of your event.
House Music Galaxy remains available throughout the booking process should additional assistance be required.
5. Pricing
Package prices published on this website represent starting prices.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
The selected DJ
Event duration
Travel distance
Venue requirements
Equipment required
Setup complexity
Additional services requested

6. Payments
Payment terms are determined by the individual DJ or as outlined in your booking agreement.
Failure to make payment according to the agreed schedule may result in cancellation of your booking.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
Accurate event information
Safe working conditions
Adequate electrical power
Reasonable venue access
Compliance with all venue rules and local regulations
Clients are responsible for obtaining any permits or permissions required for their event.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected DJ.
Any deposits or cancellation terms will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
9. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify dates, locations, schedules, or event details should be made as early as possible.
While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.
10. DJ Substitutions
If a booked DJ becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, House Music Galaxy will make reasonable efforts to recommend a comparable replacement.
Replacement availability cannot be guaranteed.
11. Force Majeure
Neither House Music Galaxy nor the selected DJ shall be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Venue closures
Power outages
Transportation disruptions
Public health emergencies
Other unforeseen events
12. Independent Artists & Agency Relationship
House Music Galaxy is a professional DJ booking agency representing a carefully curated collective of independent House Music DJs.
Our role is to help clients find the DJ best suited to their event by recommending artists based on musical style, experience, availability, and event requirements.
All DJs represented by House Music Galaxy are independent contractors operating their own businesses. They are not employees, partners, or agents of House Music Galaxy.
Once a client selects a DJ and the booking is confirmed, the client acknowledges that the performance agreement is entered into directly between the client and the selected independent DJ, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Following confirmation of the booking, the selected DJ becomes the client's primary point of contact for event planning, music preferences, scheduling, venue coordination, and all performance-related details. House Music Galaxy remains available to provide booking assistance and support whenever needed.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees that House Music Galaxy acts solely as a booking agency and promotional platform. The performance agreement is entered into directly between the client and the selected independent DJ, who remains solely responsible for providing the contracted entertainment services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between House Music Galaxy and the independent DJs represented on this website.
13. Limitation of Liability
House Music Galaxy acts solely as a booking agency connecting clients with independent DJs.
While we carefully curate experienced, professional, and reliable artists, House Music Galaxy does not supervise, direct, or control the day-to-day operations or performances of the independent DJs represented on this website.
Each DJ is solely responsible for:
Their performance and conduct
Music selection and performance style
Equipment and technical operation
Punctuality and event execution
Business practices and contractual obligations
Compliance with applicable laws, venue requirements, and licensing
House Music Galaxy shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, equipment failures, damages, losses, or disputes arising from the services provided by an independent DJ.
Any concerns relating to the performance or services of a selected DJ should first be addressed directly with that DJ.
House Music Galaxy's liability is strictly limited to its role as a booking agency facilitating introductions between clients and independent DJs.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, branding, logos, and design elements—is the property of House Music Galaxy unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
15. Privacy
Information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to process inquiries, facilitate bookings, and communicate with our clients.
